Edredona will only deliver packages if the city has a package delivery service. The delivery due date is from 5 to 7 business days from the ordering date.
All orders will be sent directly by Edredona from their package delivery service.
The shipping expenses will be determined by the transport and packaging values. In case there is no one to receive the package at the delivery address previously indicated, a notice with a telephone number will be left, you will then need to contact Edredona through the number to agree on a new delivery date. The delivery agency will store your package for approximately 10 to 12 days before returning it to our facilities.
If you do not receive your purchase in the estimated time you must contact our Customer Service. You can use our Contact Form for this purpose. From the moment the notification is received, the inquiry about the incorrect delivery time will start.
Pick Up Services
In case of opting for personal collection of the purchase you will not incur shipping costs at the time of invoicing. You will be able to pick up your purchase after 3 business days from the day the payment is confirmed.
For security purposes, the buyer must carry the Confirmation Email (issued by Edredona once the payment has been confirmed) and his/her ID (with photo). The order will only be delivered to the billing contact on the Confirmation Email issued by the company.
